Project Mainway involved the complete transformation of an approximately 8,000 square foot commercial office space that had become dated and no longer supported modern workplace needs. The objective of the renovation was to deliver a full refresh—updating both the functionality and aesthetics of the space to align with contemporary office standards.

The existing layout comprised multiple work areas, enclosed offices, and shared spaces that required modernization in terms of finishes, flow, and usability. The renovation focused on creating a brighter, more efficient, and cohesive environment, improving circulation while enhancing comfort and productivity for staff and visitors.

Through updated finishes, improved spatial organization, and a refreshed design language, Project Mainway was transformed into a modern, professional office environment that better supports day-to-day operations and reflects a renewed corporate image
